Congratulations to Chris Kostro and Mike Palmquist who presented at this year's annual Illinois Association of Teachers of English conference in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. Their
presentation, titled “Revising Shakespeare: A New (Better) Approach,” focuses on re-imagining the approach to Shakespeare that is both highly engaging, enjoyable, and in-line with current skill-building assessment practice. Congratulations on being selected to share the innovative teaching methods!

El Diablo photographer featured in national magazine
Walsworth, the publisher of the Hinsdale Central yearbook, El Diablo, is featuring a photo by Central student Katie Wang ('18). Katie's work has been selected out of a national pool for the cover of their design magazine with national distribution. You might recognize this photo because it's also on the exterior door of the Bouchard Center by the baseball field. Way to go, Katie! Great shot of some Red Devil pride. And congratulations for more national attention to El Diablo sponsors Erin Palmer and Lesley Nagle.
